Make a Child's Decorative Mannequin

I collect dolls and would like to make several to display special outfits but some instructions are labor intensive and I'd rather have easy any day and the cost makes it extra attractive. I can't afford $30 for a mannikin for a 14" doll. May make a kids size too; I have a couple of toddler size pretty nylon dresses from the 50's, so dainty and 'airy' looking .I'd love to display them.
