ReSewing a Lambswool Angora Blend Sweater

Another sweet thrift shop find!  Another sweater that was very small, and possibly already felted, found it's way into my hands a few weeks ago.  It's quite thick.  I loved the floral design and the off-white color.  I'm going to play with it today, and possibly make another purse.

I'd love to make one of these:

...but I'm not positive on how to do it.

I shall post some photos once I have something done!  I'm thinking about making some legwarmers out of the sleeves lol!

I'm  thinking if someone gave that pretty sweater away... and it is "very small and thick" it very well was washed in the machine in error.  For extra sureness...toss it in a hot, soapy wash  and I always put them into the dryer on a low heat with a fabric- softener sheet. (just for luck)

Great idea,  just wondering what do you mean when you said above that the sweater is 'possibly already felted'. I have so much clothes to re-purpose so I need all the ideas I can get my hands on.. lol
