Hey there!!!

Since I sew more than a few hours a week. I always change my machine needle every so many hours. I like a sharp point. Can you resharpen a machine needle is what I need to know.

Clotilde.com also has a needle sharpener for about $10. I never tried it but I did see it on their website.

Hi, I sharpen my needles and pins using a tool that was made for sharpening fish hooks for fishermen. I don't know if the tool has a special name or is just called a sharpening stone, but mine is made by Orvis, is 6" long about 1/2" wide, and is a triangle - with groves for sharpening. It works!
