Taking October by the horn has put me in overdrive. I've completed view E of Simplicity 2892. Feeling like I could not wrap my mind around the yoke instructions. I almost gave up, it got a bit fuzzy at step 8, but made sense after a while.

Recipe
Fabric: Green multi-print Silk
Pattern Year: 2008
Time to complete: 1 week (Life is busy)
First worn:. Soon!!
Wear again? I will most certainly wear again, the dress from does not do it justice.
Total Cost: $0.00 (Free to me - gift from my mom)
Sewing the Design/Notion: Thread to match and fabric (Approx 1yrd x 0.00)
Pattern: Simplicity 2892 ( 99 cents)
When I first saw this pattern I really wasn't that impressed. It looked really boring but I have the say the cream is in your fabric choice. This blouse looks and feels fantastic as it drapes.
The instructions were very good, until I got to step 8. As always I managed to figure it out. It helps when you celebrate the entire collection of sewing books & magazines :)
Putting an ensemble together
For this blouse, Colette Patterns Clover in fire engine red and Style Arc's Stacie Jean Jacket in camel will set you up for a night on the town.
