Susan I saw your post, regarding the scarf, Im a new sewer, you stated that after you sewed down the middle of the  scarfs that was it. I see in your picture the scarf is in a circular postion was that to show or did you sew the tops and bottom together. I have to ask questions as I am learning, bear with me :0) ps do you suggest stretchy thread?

I can not get to the tutorial. What size are the squares cut?

Jane it is very very easy. I made one yesterday. I cut about 15 squares of jersey knit fabric - approx 6"x6"and laid them just as the photo above demonstrates... pinned them the same too. Then I sewed a straight zigzag stitch all the way down, in one long line of stitching from top to bottom. That was it.

I made one of these scarves for my daughter-in-law a while after watching the tutorial. I used organza and it was absolutely gorgeous. She loves it. I am going to make another using a very stretchy fabric with an overall glittery pattern on it. I think it will be fabulous. This project is so easy and fun to do. Thanks, Disney for thinking this up and sharing your tutorial.
