Swaddle blanket

Does anyone have a tutorial on making a swaddle blanket? My daughter is about to have her baby and everyone is telling her to buy one of these. She said it has velcro attached to it. Has anyone seen these? It sounds like it would be easy to make but I'm not sure what it looks like.
