Sew, What's New?

Curating sewing and quilting talent, techniques, and tutorials, since 1997.

Why is it so hard to stop in the middle of a project?

Maybe it's the fear of not finishing it. Maybe it's the anticipation of seeing it complete. Or, maybe it's because we just love to sew that much!

I prefer to think it's because I love to sew that much. However, I'm plagued by this 'finish line' phenomenon with other activities too.....cleaning, painting, organizing, cooking, etc.

Is it really a bad thing? I mean, lots of tasks come to fruition, right?

Does this 'finish line' drive effect you? What do you think moves us to that need of completion?

Having said such, I'm ready to begin my next sewing adventure.

Happy sewing my friends!
