Hi Annie, glad you liked my Embroidered Josy Clutch.  For those of us who like hand embroidery there are not many places to use it anymore.  No more hand embroidered tablecloths, napkins, anti-macassars.  Everything is stretch material or goes through the washing machine and tumble drier these days, not a hand embroidery-friendly environment.  So I am always on the look out for bags that can be embroidered, or have applique added, where the bag is not too difficult to make in the first place so I can get on with the fun of decorating it!  The only reason I enjoyed making aprons was to do the designs on the pockets!  I must say I love downloading PDF patterns, so instant!

Sorry, I am rambling!  Anyway, just bought some more Soft & Stable to finish my "Off to School" bag now my local Patchwork shop stocks it now thanks to me telling them about it!

Hi Annie

Have finished my Butterfly Bag using your Soft & Stable.  It looks fab, it stands up by itself and all the quilting was done direct without backing fabric.  I am doing a post on it on my page, it's just awaiting approval. Karen

I just purchased some of your Soft and Stable. I am looking forward to using it in my next project. I love making bags but I don't like how floppy they are when I use batting. I just joined this sewing community and I'm looking forward to exploring it further. Your product is my first "find" in my ongoing quest to make better bags. Thanks!
