- I AM 57 YEARS OLD LOVE TO SEW HAVE A EMBROIDERY MACHINE. MY HUSBAND IS A SUPERINTENDENT. WE HAVE 6 GRANDCHILD AND ONE MORE ON THE WAY. MY OLDEST SON TO LEAVING FOR IRAQ THIS YEAR. WE NEED TO ALWAYS PRAY FOR THE YOUNG MEN OF WOMEN THAT PROTECT OUR COUNTRY.

you can go to www.quiltpox.com and they have a pretty clear explaination of how to make it. One of the illustrations is dranw wrong though, she explains the right way to do it. Otherwise, do a google search for "free continuous bais binding instructions". I am sure you will find several quilter's web sites that will have what you need. Hope this helps you.
