From recycled pair of trousers which is thick cotton  i made this bag

I left the original pocket  for the back

Hi Sawsan, The little patchwork bags are easy to make (with a pattern and instructions) and lay pretty flat. I use a little spray starch on each section after sewing and while pressing. The flap probably would benefit from the addition of a snap but it really isn't necessary. The pattern is available through
