I've ordered from Nancy's Notions before. She makes sure her products are of good quality and she stands behind them. In this case, I wouldn't use the notcher to notch fabric; it takes too much time and scissors are much faster. But the second demonstration for cutting freezer paper to make a template is an excellent idea!
