Comment to Debbie; I believe it is an Adobe Flash player program, go to adobe website and be sure you have the program, it should be free to downlowd

Can someone help me? I sign into this site..and CANNOT open or watch the videos....all the info is there but no button to press to start the video....am I having a senior moment?????
