Very cute, I love these!  Nice tutorial, too.  I think I'm going to do these as a project with my kids.  Thanks!

Very Cute, but is there a written tutorial for those of us that lack short term memory and don't remember even the materials needed and size ratio for cutting fabric?

Thanks for sharing your vidtorial!

Now I want to make some pumpkins and only remember I need fabric, batting, embroidery floss, twigs, and yarn, gosh I think I actually have remembered the materials, now I'll go and watch again to get fabric ratios.

Thanks again!

Hi

I love these fabric pumpkins...I have been making them for many decades, a new pumpkin patch every year!  last year i made about a few and brought them to work to put a pumpkin patch on each of the office desks for the season.  Halloween day I gave them to teachers with little ones at home.  Use fabric scraps and serger trimmings to stuff them with, cinnamon sticks for the stem and just a green ribbon or cord tied on the stick for leaves!  I introduced this simple but quick project to the grade 9 sewing teacher and her class was able to sew up a quick project.  The students then paraded their pumpkin patch through the office, prouder than punch of their accomplisments!

This is last year's Pumpking Patch!
