How to make a Poofy High Waist Skirt

This skirt is so cute and easy to make. It looks great over a tight top or the bottom band can be tucked under to make it into a low waist puffball skirt. Enjoy!

Cute!
Sewing one seam seems easier and you can just have it run down the back of the skirt. Also, if you sew the side seam first and then turn the bands and sew them, your have finished seams all round.

Nice idea. But I'd want to add a zipper after sewing up the side seams...to make it easier to put on and take off
