If you have a serger to finish and just stitch the neck , arms and hem would be simple.

I just cant seem to find pretty knit fabric like this anywhere. I really like her touch of fast forwarding the video without cutting the scene out so you can still see it. Great job.

@ Betty Walker: from the looks of the video it appears she used a yard of 60" wide knit fabric. If it had not been a knit fabric, a zipper would have had to have been used taking it above the $5 price. I think she just used a simple rolled hem on neck, arm and hem.

Maybe take off the "under $5".  Nice idea but I don't know where to get a couple of yards of fabric for under $10.
