How to Make a Twinkling Stars Skirt from ThinkGeek

- A ThinkGeek creation & exclusive
- Midi-length skirt based on an actual star chart
- 3 layer skirt: see-thru constellation layer, white gauze layer, white liner
- Set the lights to On, Twinkle, or Off
- Some assembly required to make the stars twinkle
- White gauze layer has 30 elastic snap tabs to which you attach the lights
- Gauze layer also provides diffusion
- Pocket for battery pack inside waistband
- Grommet with fabric tube hides wiring leading from battery pack
- 3 strands of white EL wire lights - 15 ft. long each
