I just had to replace two zippers on a little girl's jackets. How I wish this was all that was wrong with the zippers. Unfortunately, she broke teeth off one and broke the stop off the other. So replacement was the only option, unless someone knows how to fix them some other way. Any ideas??

Don't know why this never occurred to me - I've always replaced the entire zipper, this is great. Thank You!

I work at a fabric store....and this just happened yesterday.  The customer ended up buying an entire set of sliders that were quite expensive.  She could have actually purchased a similiar zipper and used it for the replacement.  I will know next time to show how to replace only the slider.  This was most helpful!  Thank you!

Very nice.  It is great if your zipper slider broke on your coat and you don't want to replace the whole zipper.  Great job!
