Very interesting technique for shirring/ruching. Wish there was a shot at the end of the finished product as well as indication if the threads on the back (zig zag and neon green thread) were removed once the two rows of stitching were done.
That style looks GREAT with that black polka dot fabric! Can we see a pic of the finished product?
I think the correct spelling is: ruching.
Also I think a mention needs to be made that after sewing on either side of the gathered line, the white thread on the back needs to be removed?
