A tip for you. You use brown packing paper for making pattern pieces. I have recently decided on a new material for doing this. Lightweight, non-fusible interfacing. Lasts practically forever, and is great for patterns that you use over and over. And you can see through it.
thanks so much for that series! I have been sewing for many years and I even learned a thing or two. its funny I grew up using tailor tacks. (such a pain in the butt) so glad I dont have to do that any more!
