Sew a Peplum Top - Refashioning Sewing Tutorial

Sew a great DIY jumper with a gathered peplum top, out of two regular men's jumpers, for under £30 and in just 20 minutes. I call this technique 'Clothes Combining'. It's a great way to get a professional finish to a look. An easy sewing tutorial.
