Comment by Jodie Hickman on July 22, 2012 at 6:10pm: I enjoyed this video. I have found several (different techniques in books). I have done ruffles galore over the years the old fashioned way. This technique I have just started using in grand children clothes and size two seams so tiny! I am perfectionist, in bad way, and do a lot of ripping out. I liked actually seeing just how much tension she put on the elastic while winding.
