Teach Yourself to Sew is a free video series, from the editors of Threads magazine, for beginning sewers or anyone who wants to brush up on their skills. We demonstrate basic sewing techniques, share tips, and give step-by-step instruction for beginner sewing projects.
I'm not a beginning sewer but I think they continues these videos as they are helpful. I learned something about using the silk organza as a pressing tool...........didn't know that. This was useful.

I'm an experienced sewer (40 yrs. +) but I also teach sewing as a volunteer in the schools. I find your videos helpful in reminding me of things to point out that I take for granted. I like to review the basics through your videos so that I can teach more efficiently. Thank you.
