Sulky Paper Solvy Water Soluble Stabilizer
Sulky Paper Solvy Water Soluble Stabilizer

Use as a Foundation or Stabilizer-dissolves in water in seconds! Use Paper Solvy as a base, backing, or topper, with or without a design on it. Print multiple copies of designs in copy machines, ink-jet or bubble jet printers; trace designs using pencils or permanent-ink markers; or heat transfer designs using Sulky Iron-on Transfer Pens. A great way to use designs off your computer or the internet. Quickly print one or more copies of a design and have it "disappear" once it's stitched. Sheets measures 8 1/2" x 11", 12 sheets per package.

This looks soft and cushy. Thank you. It reminds me of scarves we used to make. They were short and fit nicely on a jewel neckline. They slipped over the head. They were bias cut, twisted and ends were seamed, then the length was seamed, leaving an opening to turn. I would love to have the dimentions to make one of these-can you help? Jean in Ohio
