Agree with Nancy!  ONE leg should be marked for length, pants should be folded properly (side seams meeting inside, not just flipped in half), hem measurement should be added, THEN both legs should be cut together. Ai yi yi.  Her shorts may have turned out well, but I'm worried how many people may screw a pair of pants from this video!

It's a cute idea. However, if you do it the way it was done in the video, I guarantee the shorts will not look like the ones the girl is wearing.
