Sew, What's New?

Curating sewing and quilting talent, techniques, and tutorials, since 1997.

This is a fun and easy project panel from ColorWorks Concepts - Phase I by Deborah Edwards - January 2016

I don't plan to quilt this any more than just what I have done here as I think it may look crowded. I don't want to take away from the colors. I later stitched a three-inch border around the edge and I'm contemplating a few more borders in solid white and/or grey.

ColorWorks Concepts is a completely innovative program featuring colorful panels and prints that coordinate with the ColorWorks Solids line. The panels are printed to look like complex piecing projects. Since there is no piecing you can move onto adding borders, quilting and embellishing, making this an ideal collection for quick sew projects.
