Hi Ags,  thanks for the nice comment.  I set aside 2 days to make a hat plus added time to make the attached flower.  Since I sell my hats at craft shows I take extra care in construction detail so it is not a speedy process.  I like your idea of gardening accessories as a gift for your daughter.  I'm sure she will love it.

Your hats are wonderful!  I have been wanting to make my daughter a set of garden gloves, apron, and sun hat but have not found anything I like.  But this looks so cute!  Can you tell me how many hours you put into one hat?

Thanks Vee, the hats are wired with stainless steel wiring.  It is my own pattern.

Beautiful hats.  I just want to know what type of stiffening did you use to make the brims stand out.
