I would like to upload some pictures of my latest projects but I have no idea how to start. Is there a place on our site with step by step insructions? I have been off for a long time, at least it seems like it, so many wonderful ideas and things that we all want to share. I wrote an update as to what I am doing and didn't know what to push, did not want it on any social sites so I clicked share,…

I have found the iron on labels on the web site Create for less.com There are 4 to a pack at $ 1.24 per pack. You do have to buy 3 packs so 12 labels would cost 3.75. They have both created by and designed by. You would add your name in permanent marker. Not a bad price also while you are there you can check out the other purse making supplies. I order from them quite often and have never had a problem, very fast service. Hope this helps.
Have a great day and happy sewing.

get the lighting right. So, I tried different lighting inside unless you use bright white light bulbs you will get a yellow coloring to the pic. I have found that outside is the best on a sunny day and taking the pic in a lightly shaded area. I have a board that is the size of a poster board but heavier that I drape with fabric (non textured….textures don’t seem to do well as backgrounds in pics) or I use a heavy black paper clip to hold poster board as a
background on the board. I use a hanger (like an over the door hanger) or attach fishing line to the black paper clip to hang my purses from so that the handles can be seen as well as the whole design of the purse.
Now as far as taking pics….my camera allows me to adjust the size of my pics by changing how many pics I want to take on my memory card, but there are other programs out there that you can get to do this on your computer. I am not sure of
your computer knowledge and to some people I am considered a novice at computers so
here are some different options to explore that might work for you.
1) flickr.com is a site you can sign up for that will allow you to download pics for others to see but it also allows you to resize the pic and save it to your computer.
2) If you have Paint Shop Pro…this program will allow you to change the pic to whatever size you want. If you don’t have this you can go to this link and get a free program for 30 days and after that if you like it you can buy it for $40 but the program is rather large in size (323 Meg) http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Paint-Shop-Pro-Download-5709.html
Now as far as getting the right focus and not being blurry that depends on your camera
settings and if you are having problems steading the camera try using a tripod but I also
have a setting on my camera that will make adjustments for that problem as well as focusing in on details without them coming out blurry. I also have a program called Picasa you can download for free (www.picasa.google.com) that I use to finesse my pic to clean up the details of the pics. I take loads of pics and delete all but a handful just to get the right look I want. I hope these suggestions help out..Let me know…Carla
