Good video.  But are there any instructions on how a person can take their own body measurements when they don't have anyone to help them?  I'm finding that very difficult, so I hope someone has some pointers.

oh my! This is a fantastic video.  I have been picking up the bits and pieces of more precise measurements, but she has it all in one video.  Nice!

The white ruler is a Hurst from Germany.  It is being discussed on one of my Yahoo sewing lists.  Edith in Dallas TX USA  HTH

recently had a dress made and I'm sure if we knew more about the "shoulder slope" and how to adjust, the dress would have fit better!  Interesting how the pattern envelope shows the different views to flatter the different body types, including us with SLOPING shoulders :)
